Display Orbit ("we", "us", "our") operates the Display Orbit platform at https://displayorbit.com and the Display Orbit player application for Fire TV and Android devices. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information.

Payment Information: Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full credit card number. We receive only the card type and last four digits from Stripe for display in your billing dashboard.

Device Information: When you pair a device, we collect device identifiers, network status, app version, and system information to provide remote management capabilities.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including login times, features used, content uploaded, and device sync activity. This helps us improve the service.

Media Content: Images, videos, and other media you upload are stored on our servers to deliver to your display devices. We do not access, analyze, or share your media content.

Marketing Leads: If you begin the signup process, we collect your email and phone number to follow up with relevant information about our service.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently deleted. Media files are deleted when you remove them from the platform or when your account is deleted.
