These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Display Orbit platform operated by Display Orbit ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Display Orbit is a cloud-based digital signage platform that allows you to manage, schedule, and display media content on compatible streaming devices. The service includes a web dashboard and a player application.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with up to 3 devices. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Paid plans are billed monthly per device through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the current billing period.

You retain ownership of all media content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it to your paired devices for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take reasonable measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Display Orbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
